Bellevue's Party Bus & Charter Bus Rental Service
Bellevue sits just south of Omaha on the Missouri River, and moving a group through its mix of military corridors, suburban event venues, and Highway 370 congestion takes more coordination than most people expect. Lincolnpartybuscompany.com makes it simple — fill out one quick form and compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses serving Bellevue in seconds.
A Better Way to Book a Party Bus Rental in Bellevue
Lincolnpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company, and it does not provide transportation itself. Fill out one quick form with your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — and you'll see pricing and vehicle options from bus companies serving Bellevue and the greater Omaha metro in seconds.
No account required, no callbacks to chase, no describing your trip to five different companies. You get a free quote in under 30 seconds and a side-by-side look at different buses, capacities, and rates so you can find what actually fits your group.
That means you're never locked into a single fleet. Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party, a 25-passenger party bus for a birthday crawl through Olde Town Bellevue, or a 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate shuttle circuit between Bellevue and Omaha's downtown core — the options are all in one place. Call 531-324-7820 any time or use the online quote tool.
Either way, pricing for your specific trip takes about a minute.

Compare Amenities on Your Bellevue Bus
Not every Bellevue group trip calls for the same setup. A 15- to 20-passenger party bus typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a built-in sound system with Bluetooth, and flat-panel TVs — a solid fit for a bachelorette night or a birthday run through Olde Town. A 15–35 passenger minibus brings reclining seats, powerful climate control, and overhead storage, making it a practical choice for corporate shuttles between Offutt Air Force Base and Omaha or wedding guest loops between the venue and hotel blocks along Fort Crook Road.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — the right call when your group is heading up I-29 to CHI Health Center or across town to a multi-day event. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, and comparing them side by side takes seconds on this site.

Bellevue Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Party bus and charter bus rental prices in Bellevue vary based on the vehicle type, the day of the week, the length of your rental, and how far out you book. To give you a planning baseline: a minibus typically runs $200–$250 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends.
A full-size charter bus generally falls between $200–$350 per hour regardless of the day. Per-day rates range from around $1,100 for a minibus up to $4,050 for a larger party bus.
Those are planning ranges — your actual quote moves with the date, the hours, and the vehicle. The fastest way to get pricing for your specific trip is to call 531-324-7820 or use the online form. Pricing for your exact itinerary takes about a minute.

The Easy Way to Compare Bellevue Party Bus Rentals
Booking group transportation the old way means calling individual companies during business hours, repeating your trip details each time, and waiting on callbacks that never quite give you a clear comparison. Lincolnpartybuscompany.com replaces all of that. You enter your trip details once, and you see pricing and vehicle options from bus companies serving Bellevue and the surrounding metro — in seconds, any time of day.
Because this is a comparison site and not a single bus company, you're never stuck with whatever one fleet happens to have available. If your group is 12 people heading to Werner Park for a Saltdogs game, there's a Sprinter van for that. If you're moving 55 employees between Offutt Air Force Base and a conference hotel in downtown Omaha, there's a charter bus for that too. Lincolnpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to match the right vehicle to the right trip at the right price — without the runaround.
Call 531-324-7820 or fill out the quick form to compare options right now.
Group Transportation Services in Bellevue
From airport pickups at OMA to prom nights, wedding shuttles, game-day runs, and corporate circuits between Bellevue and the Omaha metro, Lincolnpartybuscompany.com helps you find group transportation for just about any occasion. Browse the service pages below or call 531-324-7820 to talk through your specific trip.

Bellevue Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Eppley Airfield (OMA) sits roughly 10 miles north of central Bellevue via I-680 or Fort Crook Road — a manageable drive until you factor in a large group, luggage for a week-long trip, and the reality that OMA's parking garages charge $1.50 per 20 minutes with a $24 daily cap, while the economy lots run a flat $6–$7 per day for longer stays. For a group of 20, that adds up fast across multiple days. A charter bus or minibus handles the whole group in one vehicle, drops at the terminal curb, and eliminates the multi-car shuffle entirely.
The key at OMA is sequencing: have your group collect all luggage and assemble at the same arrivals-level door before calling for the bus. OMA's commercial pickup area is on the lower level of the terminal. For verified current pickup procedures, check the official OMA ground transportation page before your travel date.
A dedicated Bellevue airport shuttle bus rental means no one waits at the curb guessing which rideshare pulled up. Call 531-324-7820 to get your airport run started.

Bellevue Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Bellevue bachelorette night typically means heading north into Omaha's Old Market district (10th and Howard St area), where the bar density, walkability, and late-night options are hard to match anywhere else in the metro. The problem: parking in the Old Market on a Saturday night means circling the paid garages off 10th Street or paying $15–$20 at surface lots — and at midnight, getting everyone back to Bellevue in separate rideshares turns into a logistical nightmare that nobody wants to manage in heels.
A Bellevue bachelorette party bus rental — typically a 20- to 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting, a sound system, and wraparound seating — loads the whole group at the hotel or home, runs the Old Market bar circuit, and handles the Highway 75 ride back south when the night wraps. The party starts on the bus, not when you finally find parking. Weekend party bus rates in this size range run $275–$375 per hour.
Call 531-324-7820 for availability on your date.

Bellevue Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Birthday celebrations in Bellevue range from Sweet 16 blowouts and quinceañeras at event halls along Fort Crook Road to adult milestone nights headed into Omaha for dinner and the Old Market. Whatever the occasion, the vehicle sets the tone before the first stop. A 20- to 25-passenger party bus with color-changing LEDs, a Bluetooth sound system, and flat-panel TVs makes the arrival itself part of the memory — and it means the birthday group stays together instead of splitting into a five-car caravan across Bellevue and Papillion.
For quinceañera and Sweet 16 receptions at venues like Kelley's Lake Zorinsky Event Center or halls along Cornhusker Road, a minibus is a clean fit for shuttling guests between the ceremony and reception without asking families to navigate unfamiliar roads. Birthday party bus rentals in the Bellevue area run roughly $250–$375 per hour for a 20–25 passenger bus depending on the day. Use the online quote tool or call 531-324-7820 to check what's available for your date.

Bellevue Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most major concerts in the area happen at CHI Health Center Omaha (455 N 10th St, Omaha, NE 68102) or Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln — neither of which is a quick or cheap drive from Bellevue. CHI Health Center sits in downtown Omaha's arena district, where surface lot parking around 10th and Capitol runs $20–$30 on event nights and fills hours before showtime. Getting 20 people downtown in separate cars means 20 people hunting for spots and 20 people trying to regroup postgame on congested 10th Street.
A Bellevue concert party bus rental loads everyone at one address, drops curbside near the arena entrance, and is staged for pickup when the show ends — no parking math, no surge pricing, no waiting in the street. For shows at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, the I-80 corridor west gets heavy on event nights. Book early for stadium-level tours; supply along the Bellevue–Omaha–Lincoln corridor gets thin fast.
Call 531-324-7820 to check availability for your date.

Bellevue Corporate Event Transportation
Offutt Air Force Base is the largest single employer in Bellevue, and contractor groups, government agencies, and defense-sector companies regularly need to move personnel between the base, Omaha's downtown hotel corridor, and conference venues like the Embassy Suites near 108th and L Street. Highway 370 into downtown Omaha is a reliable corridor on most mornings, but event-day traffic into the CHI Health Center district or the convention hotels along Dodge Street can stall without a clear plan.
A Bellevue corporate event charter bus or minibus handles the routing, keeps your team together, and removes the parking question entirely. A 15–35 passenger minibus is the right size for most executive shuttle circuits — enough room for laptops and presentation materials, overhead storage, and climate control that keeps everyone comfortable on the I-29 or Highway 75 run north. For multi-day conferences, per-day minibus rates run $1,100–$2,150 depending on the vehicle.
Call 531-324-7820 to set up a custom corporate shuttle package.

Bellevue Private Event Transportation Services
Bellevue's location between Omaha to the north and the Missouri River recreation corridor to the east makes it a frequent staging point for family reunions, church retreats, and multi-stop group itineraries. A reunion group hitting Fontenelle Forest in the morning, lunch at a restaurant in Olde Town Bellevue, and an afternoon at Lake Manawa State Park in Iowa is going to spend the whole day hunting for parking and regrouping between stops — unless one bus handles all of it.
For large private events at banquet halls in Sarpy County or shuttles between the airport and a multi-day family gathering, a Bellevue private charter bus or party bus rental keeps everyone on the same timeline without designating an unwilling volunteer as the group's navigator. Nebraska State Fair week in late August through early September is a specific pressure point — bus availability in the metro spikes during that stretch. Book well ahead if your private event falls anywhere near the fairgrounds run.
Call 531-324-7820 to talk through a custom itinerary.

Bellevue Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Bellevue schools — Bellevue East and Bellevue West — typically hold prom in April or May, and both schools draw from a large student population that turns the metro-area bus supply thin fast. A party bus for prom is as much about logistics as it is about the experience: one vehicle picks up the whole group on a planned route through Bellevue's residential neighborhoods, handles the drop-off at the venue, and ensures a coordinated return at the end of the night.
For Bellevue prom: book by January. Waiting until March or April means premium rates or nothing left in the right size. The window is shorter than most families realize, and the 15–25 passenger party bus inventory in the Omaha–Bellevue metro gets claimed early.
Weekday hourly rates for this size range start around $200–$350; weekend rates climb to $275–$400 depending on the vehicle. Visit the Bellevue prom party bus page and call 531-324-7820 as soon as your date is set.

Bellevue School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips out of Bellevue schools most often head to Omaha's museum corridor — Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium (3701 S 10th St, Omaha, NE 68107), the Durham Museum (801 S 10th St, Omaha, NE 68108), or the Lauritzen Gardens (100 Bancroft St, Omaha, NE 68108). Henry Doorly Zoo is one of the most visited zoos in the country and covers more than 130 acres, with school group and bus parking available in the main lots off 10th Street — but coordinating departure and pickup times matters, because the zoo's bus lot fills fast on weekday spring mornings when multiple schools schedule simultaneously.
A charter bus is the straightforward solution for school groups: overhead bins handle lunchboxes and backpacks, onboard PA systems keep chaperones from repeating announcements three times, and a single vehicle means no carpool coordination and no parents driving downtown Omaha. ADA-accessible buses are available — mention it when you request your quote. For Bellevue school field trip bus rentals, call 531-324-7820 well before the trip date, especially for spring semester runs when demand peaks across the metro.

Bellevue Sporting Event Transportation
The closest major league venue to Bellevue is CHI Health Center Omaha (455 N 10th St, Omaha, NE 68102), home of the Omaha Mavericks and host to NCAA tournament events and major touring acts. Werner Park (12356 Ballpark Way, Papillion, NE 68046) — home of the Omaha Storm Chasers, Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals — sits just west of Bellevue in Papillion and draws consistent crowds all summer. Surface lots at Werner Park fill up on bobblehead nights and fireworks games, and Highway 370 westbound backs up on high-attendance evenings.
For Husker games in Lincoln, the run west on I-80 is 55 miles from Bellevue — entirely doable on a charter bus, and dramatically better than parking on the street near Memorial Stadium where spots within a 10-minute walk go for $40–$60 on game days. A Bellevue sporting event charter bus rental loads the tailgate group at one address and drops at the stadium approach road. Read more about that run in the guide to renting a bus to Memorial Stadium.
Call 531-324-7820 to check availability for your game date.

Bellevue Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Bellevue's wedding venue landscape includes waterfront ceremony spaces near the Missouri River, established event halls along Highway 75, and outdoor settings in Fontenelle Forest. The logistical pinch almost always comes between the ceremony and the reception — two separate addresses, guests with varying familiarity with Sarpy County roads, and a timeline that has zero margin for a caravan getting split up at a Highway 370 interchange.
A Bellevue wedding shuttle bus rental solves that gap cleanly. A 15–35 passenger minibus handles hotel-to-ceremony-to-reception loops for out-of-town guests without anyone having to navigate Fort Crook Road in formal wear. For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo provides a quieter, more polished ride on the wedding morning.
Wedding weekend bus availability — particularly for May, June, September, and October Saturday dates in the Omaha–Bellevue–Papillion corridor — gets claimed months ahead. Call 531-324-7820 as soon as your venue date is confirmed to help structure the right shuttle plan.

Bellevue Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Nebraska's winery scene is concentrated in the eastern corridor, with several stops reachable within an hour or two of Bellevue. Soiree Wine & Bistro (1118 Galvin Rd S, Bellevue, NE 68005) is a local favorite right in town — a walkable stop for a wine-and-small-plates evening. For a fuller tour, Glacial Till Vineyard (1115 S 11th Rd, Roca, NE 68430) is about 45 minutes southwest near Lincoln, and James Arthur Vineyards (2001 W Raymond Rd, Raymond, NE 68428) is roughly 50 minutes out and one of Nebraska's most established producers with live music events through the warm months.
A pub crawl through Bellevue's Olde Town district or a bar circuit into Omaha's Old Market are the other natural routes — and on either, the parking and rideshare math makes a bus the obvious call. A Bellevue winery tour bus rental keeps the group together from the first pour to the last stop, with no designated-driver debate and no surge pricing at midnight. Weekday minibus rates for this kind of half-day tour typically run $200–$250 per hour.

How much does a party bus cost in Bellevue?
Party bus rental prices in Bellevue vary by vehicle size, day of the week, how long you need the bus, and how far out you book. As a planning baseline: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs $275–$375 per hour on weekends; a full-size charter bus typically runs $200–$350 per hour. Per-day rates range from around $1,100 for a minibus to over $4,000 for a large party bus.
These are ranges, not quotes — your actual price depends on your specific date and itinerary. Call 531-324-7820 or use the quote form for pricing on your trip in about a minute.
How far is Bellevue from Omaha, and does that affect my bus rental?
Central Bellevue is roughly 10–15 miles from downtown Omaha depending on your starting point, typically a 20–30 minute drive via Highway 75 or Fort Crook Road under normal conditions. That distance doesn't dramatically affect base rental pricing, but it does affect your total hours if you're planning a round-trip shuttle circuit. When you call 531-324-7820, you can get help structuring pickup and drop-off timing so you're not paying for unnecessary idle time.
Is a charter bus or a minibus better for a Bellevue corporate shuttle to Offutt AFB?
For most corporate shuttle circuits between Offutt Air Force Base and downtown Omaha hotels or conference venues, a 15–35 passenger minibus is the right fit. It's maneuverable enough for hotel loading zones and base access roads, and it's the right size for most contractor and government agency group sizes. If you're moving 40+ people in a single run, a full-size charter bus with undercarriage storage makes more sense.
Call 531-324-7820 and describe your headcount and route to narrow down the right vehicle quickly.
Can a party bus go from Bellevue to Lincoln for a Husker game?
Yes — and it's one of the more popular runs in the region. The trip from central Bellevue to Memorial Stadium in Lincoln is roughly 55 miles via I-80 West, about an hour under normal conditions. On Husker game days, westbound I-80 traffic builds significantly in the final miles approaching Lincoln, and street parking within walking distance of Memorial Stadium runs $40–$60 on high-demand home games.
A charter bus drops your group at the stadium approach and handles the drive back after the game. Read the full logistics breakdown in the guide to renting a bus to Memorial Stadium and call 531-324-7820 to book your game-day run.
What's the best vehicle for a Bellevue wedding shuttle?
For wedding guest shuttles between hotel blocks and ceremony or reception venues in Bellevue and Sarpy County, a 15–35 passenger minibus is typically the most practical choice — enough capacity for a hotel block's worth of guests, comfortable reclining seats, and the right size for venue loading areas and Fort Crook Road hotel drop-off zones. For the bridal party on the wedding morning, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a cleaner fit. If your guest list requires multiple runs or multiple vehicles, the quote form lets you note that and compare options accordingly.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Bellevue?
For most events, booking 6–10 weeks out gives you solid vehicle selection and competitive pricing. For high-demand dates — Husker home games, Nebraska State Fair week (late August through early September), May and June wedding Saturdays, and prom season in April and May — book 3–6 months ahead. Waiting until two weeks before a prom or a peak-weekend wedding almost always means premium rates or no availability in the right size.
For prom specifically: book by January. Call 531-324-7820 as soon as your date is set to get started.
Popular Bellevue Party Bus Destinations
From riverside parks and Olde Town restaurants to major Omaha arenas and Nebraska State Fair grounds, Bellevue groups head in a lot of directions. Here's a closer look at some of the most common destinations — and the transportation logistics that matter at each one.

Fontenelle Forest
Fontenelle Forest (1111 Bellevue Blvd N, Bellevue, NE 68005) is a 2,000-acre nature reserve and one of the oldest conservation organizations in Nebraska, open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The main trailhead parking lot off Bellevue Boulevard handles typical visitor traffic well on weekday mornings, but school field trip days and weekend nature programs in April and May can fill the lot before 10 a.m. A charter bus drops your school group or family reunion at the main entrance and stages in the larger vehicle parking area nearby, eliminating the multi-car scramble and keeping your group on a predictable timeline.
For advance group visit coordination, contact Fontenelle Forest directly at (402) 731-3140. Address: 1111 Bellevue Blvd N, Bellevue, NE 68005.

Werner Park
Werner Park (12356 Ballpark Way, Papillion, NE 68046) is home to the Omaha Storm Chasers, the Kansas City Royals' Triple-A affiliate, and draws consistent crowds for fireworks nights, bobblehead giveaways, and August playoff pushes. The park sits just west of Bellevue off Highway 370, but westbound 370 traffic on high-attendance nights stacks up from the Cornhusker Road interchange. Paid surface lots surrounding the stadium are the primary parking option — they fill fast on theme nights.
A group arriving by minibus gets dropped at the main entrance on Ballpark Way, skips the lot-hunting entirely, and has a pickup plan already in place for after the final out. Read the full game-day transportation breakdown in the guide to renting a bus to Werner Park. Phone: (402) 738-5100.

Olde Town Bellevue
Olde Town Bellevue is the city's historic commercial district, centered around the intersection of Franklin and Hancock Streets a few blocks from the Missouri River bluff. It's the densest concentration of locally owned restaurants, bars, and specialty shops in Sarpy County — and a natural anchor for birthday pub crawls, bachelorette nights, and casual group outings that want to stay close to home. Parking in Olde Town is street-only and extremely limited on busy Friday and Saturday nights, with the blocks around Mission Ave and Main Street filling completely by 8 p.m.
A party bus staging a block away on a side street makes the pickup and drop-off easy at every stop and eliminates the parking competition entirely. A 15–20 passenger party bus is the right size for most Olde Town group nights.

Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium
Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium (3701 S 10th St, Omaha, NE 68107) covers more than 130 acres and consistently ranks among the top zoos in the country, with the world's largest indoor desert and a 70-foot-tall geodesic dome housing the largest indoor rainforest in North America. The zoo draws over 1.5 million visitors per year, and on spring weekday mornings when multiple school groups arrive simultaneously, the bus and van parking lot off 10th Street fills fast. Groups with an early bus arrival time get the best staging spots and the shortest walk to the main gate.
Summer admission (May–September) runs $33.95 for adults and $25.95 for children (3–11), with lower rates in the off-season — check the official zoo hours and admission page for current rates before your trip. Phone: (402) 733-8401.

Offutt Air Force Base
Offutt Air Force Base (101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB, NE 68113) is the home of U.S. Strategic Command and the single largest employer in Bellevue, with a workforce that regularly requires shuttle transportation between the base, Omaha's hotel corridor, and conference venues during major exercises and command events. Access to the base requires proper credentialing for all passengers — this is not a venue where a bus simply drops at a gate and waits; coordinate your pickup and drop-off logistics with your base point of contact in advance. For contractor groups shuttling between Offutt and downtown Omaha hotels, a 15–35 passenger minibus is the standard fit, with the run typically taking 25–35 minutes via Highway 75 or Fort Crook Road depending on the time of day.
Phone: (402) 294-1110.

Mahoney State Park
Mahoney State Park (28500 W Park Hwy, Ashland, NE 68003) sits about 25 miles northwest of Bellevue on I-80 and is one of Nebraska's most visited state parks, featuring a water park, miniature golf, hiking trails, an aerial tramway over the Platte River, and a large lodge with event space. It's a popular destination for company picnics, family reunions, and youth group outings from the Bellevue and Omaha metro. Parking inside the park requires a Nebraska state park entry permit ($7/day per Nebraska-plated vehicle, $14/day for out-of-state vehicles, or covered by an annual park pass), and on summer weekends the main lot near the activity center fills by mid-morning.
A charter bus or minibus arrives as a single vehicle, pays one entry, and drops your group at the trailhead or lodge without anyone circling for spots. Check the official Mahoney State Park page for current permit pricing and event calendars. Phone: (402) 944-2523.
