When you submit a quote request after being shown a link to these Terms, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you do not agree, do not submit a quote request.

It provides information about group transportation and lets visitors compare vehicle types, amenities, and estimated prices for a trip.
The Site is not a bus company. The Site does not:
- own, lease, operate, maintain, or dispatch vehicles;
- perform transportation services;
- accept transportation payments on this Site; or
- create, accept, manage, modify, or cancel transportation reservations.
Fill out the quick form or call the number on this Site to compare vehicles, amenities, and estimated prices.
2. Quote Requests
Filling out the quick form or calling the number on this Site starts a free quote request. It takes about a minute, and there is no obligation.
Submitting information through this Site does not, by itself:
- reserve a vehicle;
- guarantee that a particular vehicle is available;
- create a transportation contract;
- charge a payment method; or
- require anything further.
Use the results to compare vehicles, amenities, and estimated prices and find what fits the trip.
3. General Site Information

General content—including example price ranges, vehicle-category descriptions, passenger capacities, photographs, amenities, travel times, venue information, airport information, and local guides—is provided for informational and planning purposes.

- general prices and ranges are estimates, not guaranteed quotes;
- vehicle photographs are examples of the vehicle types shown here;
- amenities vary by vehicle;
- passenger capacity varies by the actual vehicle configuration;
- availability may change; and
- airport, venue, parking, traffic, and loading procedures may change.
Check the actual vehicle information, trip-specific pricing, and availability shown when comparing options before making a decision.

You remain responsible for reviewing your trip information and correcting any errors before submitting it.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site’s original text, graphics, design, branding, organization, and software belong to lincolnpartybuscompany.com and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site for lawful personal or business trip-planning purposes.
Without written permission, you may not:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement are disclaimed.
This section does not eliminate warranties or legal responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lincolnpartybuscompany.com and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

- a quote request;
- general information appearing on the Site; or
- transportation arranged after leaving this Site.
This includes, where permitted by law, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, and the cost of substitute transportation.
For a claim arising specifically from this Site or its quote-request functions that cannot lawfully be excluded, the total liability of lincolnpartybuscompany.com will not exceed the greater of:
- US$100, or
- the amount paid directly for use of this Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
The Site does not charge users to submit a quote request, so the amount paid directly for use of the Site will ordinarily be zero.
These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other responsibility that applicable law does not permit limiting.
10. Indemnification for Misuse
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse and protect lincolnpartybuscompany.com from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal expenses caused by:
- your unlawful misuse of the Site;
- information you knowingly submitted without authorization;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your infringement of another person’s rights; or
- your fraud or intentional misconduct.
This section does not require you to reimburse lincolnpartybuscompany.com for losses it caused where the law does not permit that result.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained.
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms. Any Notice at Collection or communication disclosure displayed with the quote form also applies to the information submitted through that form.
These Terms alone do not create consent to receive automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Site, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The revised version will be posted with a new Effective Date. Updated Terms apply prospectively to use of the Site after the stated Effective Date.
When applicable law requires additional notice or renewed agreement for a material change, it will be provided.
